Not happy with Justin Beck. He “upgraded “ me to the worst cabin on atlas cruise. I tried contacting him twice but he never responded. Book your travels elsewhere.

This company is using very aggressive and unethical marketing tactics. Once they have your contact information, they will keep calling you and emailing you, including phone calls on weekend at 7-8am. I asked them few times not to contact me, with no success. I would never do any business with a company that is that aggressive and desperate.

Agent verbally promised a ship credit that would appear upon boarding. It didn't. Agent quit responding to emails.

I wanted an email estimate of a cruise, filled out the form a Saturday night and I got woken up by two phones calls Sunday morning both around 6 am. Then I got a bunch more calls through the week. I blocked them and they hid their number and kept calling. Then I called and complained and they said they would take my number off their system. A few days later I got another call... change their name from Avoya to ANNOY YA . Very aggressive business practice and clearly are in it for the commission.

Holly Moon booked out trip. It started well, but soon took a turn. We decided to try Norwegian cruise line. She did not ask our ages, me being 75. We chose all inclusive. Well that was wrong. We paid extra for the room because we were promised snacks. Well problem. The snacks wew 4 tiny stale bread petit fors the room was so small ,, the sink was on one side(by the bed) and the toilet on the other. Never, did Holly tell us we needed reservations for everything, even the tender. We never heard the the captain. The food was ok. We had to wait on line for our meals. Our flight was changed which would’ve put us in the next day. It was delayed and we had to buy other airline tickets. We have had more problems with Wi-Fi And drinks etc. Never Again. We saved 6 mos for This!!

Slow and intransparent communication (in our case for an Amtrak vacation package) - in my opinion the communication was neither very professional nor reliable, and the cost structure of the trip was not clear. Given that this was a really expensive vacation, I would’ve expected more and won’t use these services again.

Worst travel agency around check them out on the Better Business Bureau before you do any business with them. I had a horrible experience. They’re all independent owned and operated. No one at customer service will help you a total nightmare run to another agency.
