Do NOT use this company. They raise their prices without notice. (doubled my bill) READ the fine print. NO refunds. They're a horrible company!! You have to wait for days until they respond to a ticket. Do not risk using this company for your 800 phone needs. Do more research. There are cheaper, reputable, nonfraudulent companies out there. I found one very easily. DO NOT USE AVOXI! I will continue to post negative reviews about my horrible experience with this company.

Beware and check your first bill. I signed up for a simple $4.49 business classic plan, only to have without authorisation over $8 in extra monthly fees added (not including call fees on top). Support which was fast to try and upsell, was slow to reply, and eventually refunded. There is no way to cancel your account online, which should have been a red flag when I signed up. So they hold all the control here. I have since cancelled my account and migrated to OpenPhone which is going great.

Charged more than the agreed amount from today 01/12/2020. This was not informed by them in advance. These people at this company are thieves and should be prosecuted for fraud.

Cancelled in September, but continue to be billed.

Avoid this company, beware of invoices place hidden fees! They are crooks!!!

They are scammers, you don't get the service and they keep charging your card

It was supposed to be a one month trial - Well after one year, our audit department informed us Avoxi charged monthly fees for over one year! .. Asked for refund and explained it was a one month trial, I got this: ----- According to the Terms and Conditions, the service has to be canceled in writing. The service was provided according to the agreed-upon terms & conditions. It was canceled upon request on xx/xx/20. No refund is due. ----- Nice way to scam people. Don't try Avoxi.
