I got a little bit issue for the caller ID previously, the number sometimes showed up but sometimes showed as "private number". Avoxi's customer service actively helped me test with different settings (since the telecom providers in different countries have different settings), finally solved the problem. They are really good at helping the customers to deal with the issues they are facing with, really a superb team.

The experience I have had with Avoxi has been great so far. Their technical support team is always there to solve your questions, they have a large footprint of international numbers, and the prices are competitive.
