Just another scam company, their 0800 service worked smoothly for about 2 months and then stopped working. After multiple inquiries they were adamant the only solution was upgrading our plan to a significantly more expensive package. Going off of the amount of traffic we were unable to connect to we probably lost about $60k worth of work over the last few months

I asked that they canceled my subscription and process a refund because the platform does not provide the services I require instead they deducted another $23 from my account. This is a Fraud!!!!!!!

AVOXI is TOTAL SCAM. They charge you for service you do not need, never signed up for and when you ask for refund they tell you that it is not possible. FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU NEVER ORDERED, AGREED TO OR USED!

Yep - scam. Their advertised prices are definitely not what they charge. Their customer service is horrible. Absolutely do not go with this company. You will regret it.

AVOXI IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THEM They use fake accounts to boost their reviews to 5 stars!! I have written in to their chat 1 year ago to cancel my account because they charged me after I tried to cancel when my trial did not work. They did not proceed to cancel! And I have talked to their chat over and over again to cancel my account and I keep getting dropped off the chat with no confirmation! There is no other way to cancel this account than the operators cancelling it! They hold all power! DO NOT SIGN UP!!

In terms of cancellation, in order to protect you and your business there are a few ways you can cancel your account, if you have the right permissions, depending on the service you have. Prices in USD for Canadian customers and extra fees not disclosed. Trying to cancel number but can't log in. Company not meant for Canadian customers with a 30% difference in the dollar. ***update*** The resolution mentioned in my reply from AVOXI was me cancelling my service and going elsewhere. Not what I had hoped for but obviously what needed to happen. Still no invoices. Cancelled number and went elsewhere despite now having to relogo my vehicles and change the website. Brutal company to deal with.

Avoxi charged me for a service I never subscribed to, charged me more than I was originally quoted due to "admin fees", and called me multiple times to sell me more services - despite me asking them to not call me. I continually felt like I was fighting against Avoxi every step of the way. They could have easily just provided me the service I paid for, but they had to go a step farther and be unnecessarily greedy and predatory. Had I not noticed my bill was over double the normal amount one month, Avoxi would have kept charging me for something I did not ask for and was not using. Clearly Avoxi is a company have no qualms with taking advantage of customers to try and make a quick buck. I'd highly recommend you avoid using Avoxi at all costs.

I purchased a number from Avoxi for a new business venture. I chose Avoxi because the site looked good, and I could not find any negative feedback about them online. Set-up and installation were very quick within one hour, I tested the number, and all was to my satisfaction. I added the number to my website, social media and ordered custom business cards, mugs, pens and mouse pads with the new number featured. I received a welcome e-mail from my account manager (Markus Vogt) and a welcome e-mail from the CEO (David Wise) - this seemed a nice touch. Three days later, I received an e-mail saying my number had been disconnected and a refund issued. The reason stated was "unable to verify your business purpose of the number". At no point on the order was I asked what my business plans were, and there was no warning of disconnection. Totally unprofessional. It's been two weeks now, I have e-mailed both the account manager and CEO multiple times. Complete silence, no replies or acknowledgement whatsoever. Even support haven't bothered to reply. On Friday, I received my order from VistaPrint of mugs, business cards etc., for which I paid $172. Useless as my telephone number no longer works! I do NOT recommend Avoxi at all, they have seriously impacted my new business and left me out of pocket by $172. They do not answer support messages and do not seem to care about customers at all.
