Avoxi provided a virtual number in Norway. Call forwarding, scheduling of ring times, and recording calls were some neat features. I was impressed with the features. The price was good, but recently they added a $5 admin fee. No on was calling us maybe because they were calling us on whats app.

Avoxi is tremendous Telco provider with all advance Telephony features, especially it has great coverage globally. However, we have some security concerns. There is no two factor authentication mechanism in placed for the web portal. Which we think is security hole, if a fraudster somehow get access on an account, he can easily add trunks and generate thousands/millions of LD calls. I know Avoxi has fraud-check department and jumps in quickly but still two-factor authentication is a BIG ESSENTIAL need.

There are certain things that can be improved and we're working with our account manager to make this happen. Overall it's a good carrier, outstanding numbers and countries availability compared to other carriers that we use.
