There was an issue with the courier and the support group followed up and were able to finally get my product to me. They did not stop trying and their persistence worked.

Very good response to a delivery issue.

I ordered three tank top bras in a 2X intending them to be post mastectomy tanks. What I received were 3X regular tanks. I reached out immediately to Avouria and they have been very prompt in getting this made right and willing to exchange these for the correct ones.

FINAL UPDATE: After sending my first message July 22, it is now August 6 (they take several days to respond each time, messages are full of apologies as if they are sympathizing - like the one you will see below in response to my original review - and generally don't address your return request the first time so be prepared to wait several messages and forever to resolve, which i believe is part of the plan so you will give up!) and they finally sent the info I need to actually send it back, BUT here is the kicker: I found out that because the return address is in the USA and I am in Canada, I will have to pay extra duties and fees just to get the pkg. into the US even though it is a return and unless I am willing to go through a lengthy process of documentation to reclaim those fees, I have to eat them. By the time I pay the shipping AND the extra fees, it is not worth my time or effort to return the item I will not use. The end. Forewarned is forearmed and anyone else looking at these tank tops is advised to look elsewhere!!! Meantime, if youre looking for a good deal on a tank top that is sized 3X and probably fits a barbie doll, I have one cheap. ______________________________________________________________ Original post: I received the wrong size item, immediately contacted customer support to request a return, and have been waiting over 48 hours for a response. I have sent another message in two places. This is not acceptable. Update: the company has responded to this review making it sound like they’re doing everything they can to take care of me. I initiated the return process immediately after I received the package and with these people you wait 3 to 4 days for their response. When it comes, they are offering you something other than a return process to encourage you to keep the item you don’t want. Then you have to reply to tell them you don’t want to do what they suggested and wait another 3 to 4 days until they write back. I have been completely clear in all of my messages about what I want, and I still have not received the help I asked for. Regardless of what they have said in response to my review, I have yet to hear from them in any helpful way to get this taken care of and over with.

Even though I haven't received my order;when I email them they got back to me quickly. They are checking to see where my order got dropped off to and will get back to me. After seeing all the great review I thought I would like to try the tank; bras aren't doing it for me.
