Contacted them to cancel order after it had weeks delay. Send item back and was promised refund. Never received refund and they contested my charge back. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I will be pressing charges against them for credit card fraud. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Had to return some wiring for refund (audio installer told me to buy wrong length). Tried to arrange a swap for the longer version, but AVL Gear rejected this, insisting on a return-refund-new purchase. Post Office told me it would cost $5.50 to send, but I used the return label from AVL Gear. They overcharged for postage at $8.00, and then penalised me another $8.00 for the return, taking a 40% chunk out of the refund—when the wires were returned unopened, in original packaging.
