Nobody can ever anticipate needing emergency service, and when you need it, there usually aren't many options and you hope for the best outcome. This is the position I found myself in with an already booked trip and an expired passport. This service was so extremely accommodating at every point in the very daunting process of renewing a passport. They updated me every step of the way, guided me through the steps that needed to be completed on my own, and they took care of everything else. There were no surprises, no failures and within 5 days I had my passport. When you can't afford to fail, A-Passport & Visa services comes through.
