Terrible product for a terrible price and it took a month longer than what they said it would to arrive. After ordering the product was non refundable even though it said delbiratly how it was on the website. If anyone knows how we can get rid of this company I'm willing to do whatever to get my money back and stop people from getting screwed.

They will not return your product even when damaged through mail.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! What a nightmare! Took 2 months to receive and they sent the wrong product and no packing slip so had no idea where the ting came from! Sent them pictures of what I received and they will not admit they sent the wrong thing! Unbelievable these people. You will regret ordering from them and from what I received their products are CHEAP!

I bought the product "Ultracavitat Fat & Cellulite Remover " and it was absolutely doing nothing so I asked to return it. the office is in Singapore and sales office in the US but I had to send to Malaysia and use my own shipping method non refundable. What happened to your money back guaranteed on your site? This is really poor customer experience and I certainly don't recommend even trying it. once you bought it, you are stuck with it. Very unhappy

I ordered lighting from this website to be shipped to US. They sent email saying I have to deal with customs as it’s not their issue. This company is in Malaysia which I found out after ordering. Why didn’t they tell me before? Their response is you should have read the shipping policy which was hidden somewhere on their website. It’s been more close to 2 months and no response on when I will get my package. I paid through PayPal so I have a case opened with them and it’s taking time. Avoid the headache and don’t shop here. It’s a complete sham web company. Their plan is to get a customer to pay and make them go through hell and milk money if some don’t fight back. Not sure why PayPal is even allowing such companies to use their payment gateway.

SCAMS: Avilora and CJ tracking. I ordered a neck massager and after tens of emails with “customer service”, they tell me due to riots the package is delayed. For three months??? They won’t give a refund and the CJ PACKING tracking is bogus. No address, no up to date info. ABSOLUTE SCAM.
