First of all, my experience with Avery is value-based. I could not ask for a better return for the money I pay them—top-quality work delivered expeditiously. And if this were not enough, there's their outstanding customer service: on an order I placed last November, there was a glitch which caused me to order three times the quantity I needed. When I explained what happened, the folks at Avery wrote off the extras. You rarely—very rarely—find such consideration for consumers today.

When one has a concern, Avery representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. They ask clarifying questions in a dignified manner and readily offer suggestions to address one's concern.

The representative was very professional and extended to me a one time courtesy concerning the sale although I made my purchase before the sale started.

Avery has come to the rescue so many times throughout the years. As a small business owner who wears many hats, I sometimes run out of labels for my products. Avery ships fast, and also offers an expedited shipping option so I can receive my labels quickly. This means a lot for someone who has to get products shipped out fast. The quality of Avery's labels are top tier, and consistent. If there's ever any problem, such as me ordering the incorrect label type by mistake, Avery quickly gets the correct label sent out with just one phone call or email to customer service.

I have been using Avery 4 times a year for many years. I send out 200 to 250 magazines quarterly. I always use Avery to print my address labels. They have never made a mistake. As an octogenarian, my memory is not what it used to be so I am always messing things up and they are very gracious when I call for help. They appear to be trained to ask questions when I am not clear when talking to them.

My business is small so I do most of my own printing, that being said I use Avery’s labels and design program and it has worked great for me! As my company grows I am looking forward to being able to source out my label printing 😁 and Avery will do a great job I’m sure! I will add I do have my lip balm labels currently printed by Avery and they turn out great every time!
