Great product, fast shipping. Would like to see them offer more labels in roll form in Kraft paper, thermo rolls in Kraft paper too. But all in all, a great product!

I've been using Avery for the last few years since starting our business. The negative is that they are not the cheapest, but as we get multiple labels printed, we save in shipping. Other companies have charged shipping per item ordered. I have found their website easy to navigate and haven't had any significant problems with our labels and we've ordered plenty. I would recommend them overall if you need multiple varied items printed. I also download their templates when I print my own labels with no issues.

The ink on the waterproof labels does wear away after repeated exposure to water. However, one time my package got stolen, and Avery replaced it immediately at no cost with expedited shipping, so I was very happy with their customer service.

I work in an office at a university and we use Avery products frequently. The online design tool is wonderful and it makes creating things like table tents seamless. Orders have always been accurate and arrive on time. My one frustration with the website is when I try to enter my shipping/billing addresses, I always have difficulty. The website tends to want to suggest another address from the one I want to use, and when I try to get the "correct" address, I always have to try 2 or 3 times before it accepts my order. Besides that one issue, Avery products and the website tool are great and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

They are very efficient. My labels came on time and very polish. Customer service is great whenever there is an issue

We use avery labels and printing for our showroom product labels. The software is easy to use, quick and printing is reliable and fast.

Overall easy to order with and typically have the products that I'm looking for. Shipping is usually fast too. I wish that projects didn't print with the white border.

My experience with the website has been a bit challenging, taken way more time to design my stickers than I wanted to spend, but ultimately everything turned out as expected. My experience with customer service has been mostly positive, but one time I had a snarky representative that left me wanting to use a different company. I was given a small compensation for my differences, and I felt that made my experience more acceptable.
