Avoid at all cost, terrible quality and looks nothing like the photos ordered slim fit and received the most baggy trousers ever. Then the refund process is hell they keep offering 10% back and 20% off new orders but refuse to refund. They make out as UK based and delivery in 3 days but took 2 weeks then they want you to return to China recorded which will cost £65. It is an absolute scam avoid and the quality is so bad I would not even pay £2 for these items.

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Took 10 days for delivery even though listed as a uk company with the items in stock. Listed as ‘linen’ but actually 85% cotton. Don’t waste your money.

Avenue is now fullbeauty brands poor everything. I bought a dress for my birthday it showed delivered yet I was home the whole day noone knocked my door. I went to chat see if they can sent me another one instead they told me they cand do it until I fill affidavit and mail to them. Do u realize how this is expensive to a customer? That marked my loss and my last order on avenue or woman within or romans

Nicht zu empfehlen, enttäuschender Service Ich habe online bestellt, da ich den Shop aus Würzburg kenne. Leider war die Onlinebestellung eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich warte seit drei Wochen auf meine Lieferung und habe bis heute keine Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice erhalten. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Bad panty quality, lining in middle of panties came off. They are not made for plus size!

I ordered a bunch of clothes in November and half were returned in December of 2024. I have still not received a refund of $125.00 it is 2/19/25. I have called 3 times and had to pay a $10.99 return fee. Everything they say the cloths say the were returned the refund is on the way. Before this time I had no problems and always was refunded. It looks like the company has been bought out and do not refund anymore even when the clothes are returned.

1 wrong size item sent - was correct on bag label different size inside the bag. 1 item has clearly been worn. Would not allow me to return back to my method of payment without charging the $10.99 return processing fee which is outrageous on top of their $30 I had to pay for shipping. Avoid! New ownership has tanked the brand.

I have been shopping with Avenues for over 20 years and they were a good company to buy from. Now when they changed over to whatever and close all the stores they suck. They don’t have a saying quality of Clothing shoes, boots And the prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t order nothing else from them anymore. When they close the stores down, they should’ve just went out of business cause I know they don’t sell the quality of what Avenue sold so I will never order from them again.
