1- Quality of the fabric is terrible, so much poliéster 2- fall is here and Sleep Collection hasn’t been uploaded to the website

I have taken a size 18 all of my adult life. This top was NOT a true size 18. I liked the shoulder detail, but could not wear any of my bras qwith it. They all showed in the shoulder detail. As I was not about to by a new bra for one top, I gave it away.

Everything is good, the only problem is the delivery date for merchandise being delivered. I get a notice that it will be here on a certain date and it comes late. (Another date) your delivery service is not correct with date. Like I see its at my post office then later its in another city.🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Emailed coupons never work and require me to phone Customer Service. I finally grew tired of this and ceased ordering as much from Avenue and CityChic.

I placed an order twice in my order was lost finally received the order they replaced it then I ordered a bathing suit that was on sale they said they had it in stock everything was fine I used a $10 coupon and then I call because I got no bathing suit and customer service said that order was canceled because they didn't have the product really and no one even told me or nothing but yet they told me that my order went through and I would be receiving it within 5 to 7 business days my other orders had bathing suits so I went most of the summer without the bathing suits twice was sent to the wrong address and then my other order was canceled without me even known about it it happened several times I am not sure about the date I believe it was in June and in July

The first person I spoke with was exceptional. The person I was transferred to in the hardship department was not pleasant.

*UPDATED 5/6* While the way my lost order was handled was worrisome and customer service was less than stellar, I am updating my review from 1 to 3 stars. After 4 weeks they did finally mail replacements out. Because I love the products I may shop with them again after all. ------ I loved the items from my first order so I placed another one and I have regrets. They sent me the incorrect order and have been going back and forth with their "customer service" for almost 2 weeks and no one can tell me where my order is or if mine will be re-sent out. Many of my e-mails have gone unanswered and the live chat rep tells me the same thing the last one told me a week ago. It's a shame because I really like their products but after this I will not be shopping with them again. I'm afraid I may have to file a dispute with my bank if this doesn't get resolved soon.

I shopped the online store like I used to shop the physical stores. I purchased 20 items with the intention of returning what didn’t fit. Little did I know that they would not accept returns. Now I am stuck with items I can’t use. The irony is that all tops were purchased in the same size—but some are too large and many are too small.
