Material cheap flimsy didn't like still in the bag took it out looked at it just wrinkles wrinkles terrible cheap flimsy never will I order from Avenue again no not at all

She was nice but nothing ever came of it. I never got an email stating I could return the dress etc. No further communication or directions. It’s been months, I can’t remember the date now.

Shipping fees are too much.

In the past I shopped at The Avenue Stores before they closed. Since then I order online Recently the quality of your clothes has gone down. With the quality of clothes now, I am better off shopping at Ross it's less expensive.

I have been a long time customer with Avenue, but lately the shipping has been ridiculous. I ordered a jacket on January 1st and didn't receive it until a little over a month later. I went back and forth with customer service and they finally had to resend it for me to get it then. I love the cloud walker shoes because they are comfortable so I order 2 pairs for an upcoming trip next month its been over a week and I still haven't received a confirmation number saying shipped. Beware if you are needing something wear to an event or trip you might want to order 2 months in advance to get it in time.

I used to love buying my clothes here. I have spent lots of money with the company. I will no longer purchase from them because or my last experience with them. I ordered a $300 order. One of the pairs of Jenas came in and it was marked wrong. Meaning the package said they were tall jeans but the label on the actual pants said they were petites. Now it's obvious that a Tall girl can't fit in Petite jeans so I sent them back for an exchange. They charged me to send them back and I never got the new pair. They refunded me but then charged me $20 to return them when it was clearly their mistake. When I emailed them in this regard, it was completely ignored as I have yet to get a response. I'll order from Woman Within from now on.

I have used Avenue for years without any issues. Last Spring, I ordered clothing and 3 of the items were too large. I immediately reordered in a smaller size and got the return label to return the others. They received my returned items during the 3rd week in June and I am yet to receive my refund. I have been calling and emailing since July and always being told the same thing, that they are looking into it and I will get my refund soon. It is now September and I just got off the phone only to hear the same thing as I've been hearing for months.
