my order never arrived, no tracking, no reply at all! found it on facebook! TOTAL SCAM

Brickyard Avenue sucks.. .. Items are in the wrong place talked to store manager to be told that i had to look inside the boot to find out if it was the correct item and then she went on to tell another customer i was crazy.....dont shop with avenue the store manager at brickyard mall is terrible and unprofessional

I was in Longbeach last weekend, brought a green top, but my mistake was not trying it on, so when I got home tried it on it didn't fit. I took it to the Avenue in Pinole, before I can explain why I wanted to exchange it, this little old lady, look I down over her glasses, came over and said no exchange or return because it was on sale. She was just RUDE AND UNREASONABLE. All I could do is walk out.

I already send 5 e-mails in one week. I saw the advertisement on Instagram. I ordered 2 dresses and I tried to pay with MB WAY, but it's a specific amount and the card was declined. So I got information for another credit card and they added a coat to my order that I didn't want to purchase. They don't answer e-mails so I called my cousin that lives in the US, and she researched and confirmed this is a scam. There are a lot of reviews with the exact same story. So after all this I'm going to report to the authorities and my bank. I also, tried to call their phone : +49.68416984300 in UK, and the voicemail asked to send a e-mail and they would answer in 48 hours. I still haven’t heard anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got charged twice for the same item on my card when I had it shipped to the store. Then they go e tell me no it's only one charge when I'm looking at the balance reflection for each charge. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ON LINE WITH THEM

I ordered a dress that cost 29$ online, I paid with credit card, they sent me an email that they charged me for the order of a dress and a coat, a coat I never saw before and cost 300$ , I sent them an email a minute after they sent me the confirmation and asked them to cancel it. unfortunately they ignore my emails. What can we do? This company advertise trough Facebook and it's a scam, who is responsible for that?, it goes on and on and many people get to fall to this scam!!! .... Don't buy from them!!!! want my money back

See web page ariel avenue probably same Company but copyright says 2019 so they probably opened a new page. 16 of january i orded a dress and for 29 dollars and they charged me 329 dollars instead on the confirmation. I can´t get hold of the Company at support at arielavenue dot com email get´s there but they don´t even open them or answer. So I guess they are all scam stay away don´t order anything. WARNING
