Bought a gift card for a friend's birthday. They went to go use it and the 100 I put on wasnt there. It took an hour in the store and a phone call the next morning to get the funds on the gift card. And the messed up part I didnt even get I am sorry here's 10 dollars for the issues you had and inconvenience you had. NEVER AGAIN

I only wish I had read the reviews before I bothered trying to purchase!! I ordered a dress to wear to my wedding and ordered using express shipping which was to be 2 day FedEx shipping. Two days after I ordered I received a notification that my order had shipped. For two days after this the FedEx tracking status read "label created" . I called the company who assured me my item had shipped out on the day I received the notification, and that the tracking information was wrong. The next day I called FedEx who advised me they did not have the package and had never picked it up. The company had only created a label. I again called the company who again assured me that my package had shipped when I received the notification. They did start a claim for me. Fast forward 2 more days, I again called and they assured me again that it had shipped, and that they could not cancel my order. I again informed them that FedEx does not have my package, I have not received it, and would like a refund. After a brief hold, the agent returned to the line to state that he sees where they started a claim, and that my refund will be processed. Long story short. I already ordered another dress from another company and received it. I will never order from Avenue again, and I will make sure everyone knows what scam artists they are. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received.

I understand that the store at 15908 Lexington Blvd Sugar Land, TX likes to take the phone off the hook. I called 45 minutes including the other Katy store called for a top that I wanted and ended up having to drive since the phone was busy. The top was supposed to be in stock and employee Kim was too busy looking out the window to help me find the top. When I told her the other store looked it up on the register she said it must have sold that day. When I found it Kim never said anything. When I called the District Manager Nintza to share my experience, she didn't even bother to call me back! What a horrible level of customer service. I will only buy online or never again!

Scam scam scam - robbed me for 300$ !!!!!!! No clothes has been sent and they add a fur coat that cost so much. Shame on them. Police has been notified and filed! Everyone else need to do that as well. Take them off the market!

El 27 de enero, Compré un artículo por 29 dólares y me cargaron ademas una chaqueta por 299. Intente cancelar el pedido pero no había ninguna forma de hacerlo. La verdad es que no supe que más hacer y hasta el día de hoy no he recibido nada. Ellos aparecen como alternativa de compra en instagram. Por eso pensé que eran confiables.

Ariel Avenue- The same happened to me at the end of January. I ordered a dress for $29 and they added a jacked onto my order for $299 and then charged my credit card immediately for the full amount. I reported this to my credit card company as fraud as soon as I realized what had happened. Yesterday I had the full amount refunded to me by my bank.

Absolutely disgusting. Scammed for ordering a dress, haven't received it. reported it to my bank and emailed them continuously and no reply.

ARIEL IS A BIG SCAM !!! I order online 29$ dress and I receive a confirmation of payment of other 299$ of a cout that I didn't order. They take from my card over 300 euro. I send them lots of mails but not replay from them. I will go in the bank and raport them . Because this is froud and this foolish lots of people . I will also raport to garda for this because are to many people complaining.
