The fabric quality has decreased over the last few years. In addition, the tops have gotten much too long in the last few years as well. I've been an avenue shopper since they opened, so I've been a dedicated shopper for many years. I'd also love to see the denim light jeans come back. LOVED THEM!!

I used to love Avenue
I used to love Avenue. Every time someone complimented my clothing I would let them know - "I got it at Avenue - check it out!" But the quality of the clothing has dropped significantly in the past few years. Sizes are not reliable like they used to be. The quality of the jeans and shoes in particular has been a disappointment. I shop at Avenue a lot less now because of it.

Exchange policy
When I tried to exchange one of my capris, the refund price was MUCH less than what I had paid for it because it was now on sale. This is not right! It should be refunded the amount paid. So I had to return the capri for the full price and then reorder it again, now at the sale price.

The dress is beautiful
The dress is beautiful, however the hook on the back has nothing to hook to, so it catches on everything. I'm trying to figure out what to kind of do about it before prom and trying on bras that will go well with it. It will rip the bras if not careful

One of my bathing suits that I ordered has sand stuck in the lining and i can Not get it out. The bathing suit is ruined. Awful design!

Nice flattering clothes for big women. Prices ok when there are sales. However, I'm no longer big enough for most of the styles. Also I'm short.
