Sent to another country. Told it’s been shipped when it hasn’t been. Then when asked to cxl they say can’t because it’s in warehouse! Do not do business with them! They are horrible!

Never received goods

I ordered shampoo - Burt's Bees Very Volumizing Shampoo Pomegranate 10 Oz (Pack Of 3) for 63 pounds, and now I have a feeling that I won't get anything. It is all very strange USPS does not do any deliveries within the UK market. They do it via ParcelForce company, which states that they had no delivered on my address on the date provided by USPS. Trying to call the US to find out what is going on? but I should forget about the order. Ninthavenue is simply saying that I have to contact post company. I got to the dead end.

I ordered a dress and it never came. I emailed customer service several times with zero response. From the Ariel Avenue site on Facebook. Total scam.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order back in July and when I received it, the yellow top black oil stains from the folding machine. After 3 attempts to get it replaced or a refund, I have gotten no help. Even after sending photos. Before I received my order, I purchased sandals in store, which literally fell apart the first time I wore them. The store would not take them back or exchange them, because they were closing down. I tried to rectify that situation with the company and again, no help. Both items are in the trash and after being a faithful customer for many, many years, I will never shop Avenue again.

Avenue stores are closing for good. The liquidation manager made a policy that you can only use your gift card online to buy clothes. If you buy clothes online than if it don't fit you have pay a return fee, same thing when you buy it. No shipping fee depending on how many items you buy. I say that customers should get the amount they have on the gift card. I am already in the process of sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and calling channel 7on your side along with channel 4 investigation team. Anyone who agrees with me. Really bad! They are cheating you! I wanted to order one dressy. Just one dress. Checking out, there was an expensive fake furcoat on the bill. I noticed too late and had paid already both items. I sent immedeatly messages, to cancel the coat, just send the dress. No answer. Never! No refund!And NO dress! Don`t buy anything! Its a ripp off!

Wish i could give negative stars. Paid extra for shipping to get items in time for an event.. the stuff finally shows up and i send it back. Still waiting on a refund 6 weeks later!!! The clothes used to be nice, now they are garbage. Zero customer service, all the CSRs are very rude. I have spent so much money there through the years, but they won't get another dime from me. They need to just close their doors.
