I ordered a bracelet and ring from this company on April 6. On April 7th I requested a refund after reading reviews hoping the reviews were not well represented. THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. No refund, no merchandise. They gave me a shipping tracking number for USPS that was bogus. They also gave me a shipping for company called 17 all in one which also is a scam or awful shipping company. BOTTOM LINE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO SELL SOMETHING FOR MENTAL HEALTH WHEN NOT LEGIT.

I have liked shopping at this retailer for several years. They decided to close their actual stores to sell only online, and the quality has suffered horribly. The material of the tops I ordered (4 different office wear styles) were all terrible. Scratchy material, mismatched seams, VERY low quality products. I ordered nearly the same top that I purchased a few months ago but in a different color. The material and construction could not be more different. Add in their crappy return policy and I'm done! They charge for return shipping, and then won't take anything back without a tag. Two of the shirts came in plastic bags WITH NO TAGS! Total scam. They say three days and then they donate your items to charity. It's much more likely that they sell it to the next unsuspecting customer with no tag so the deception can start again.

you can't return something you took the tag off. I bought 2 bras I'm a 48DDD the strips are so thin that the bra starts to become uncomfortable. I would not recommend for top heavy women. I don't know what plus size women that store caters to but once again the return policy is worst the Walmart.

Horrible customer service, they charged me for something I don't recall buying but paid to get rid of the bill that was affecting my credit score, closed my account and was told I was all set. Now another bill unexplained and nobody in customer service can help me, I wish there was a way to get contacted by someone capable to solve a problem but looks like the policy of this company is just to charge you random things without explaining why and without solving the problem also. Very bad customer service and I worked for them and know the scams they make to push credit cards and magazines to customers.

Horrendously overpriced ! Price rags on this site are a rip off and the rrp prices are completely false ! Purchase from reputable companies....

I bought boots, they didn't fit right so I returned them. I paid $57.19 for boots, taxes, and shipping... little did I know that they also CHARGE you $8.95 to RETURN an item!!! Really??? My refund was only $38.75. I will NEVER buy from them online again. That's a rip off!

This company has lost my package twice and we ordered one separately for my nephew and it was received but my package has been waiting since December 2 and it's in my city how? It's lost where I live this website deserves a poor rating and I will not be using it again 😡

Really really bad Am so angry to be honest after ordering a Christmas Gift in November and still haven’t received nor has it been shipped and nobody is getting back about it !! They are screwing everyone DON’T BUY from this site it a fake website everyone will lose their money
