I ordered a chair for my grandaughter's birthday on July 14th. On the 15th I was told that it was shipped. As of 8/21 I still have not received the chair. I have emailed over 6 times with no response. I tried to call and could not get through. They have taken the money from my account but still no chair, no tracking number, no communication...nada, nothing...zip...I would NEVER use this company again and recommend that you don't either.

My mom ordered a hammock chair for my daughter on July 15th for her birthday on August 17th. Its August 20th and there is no sign of the chair. We have emailed 7 times without a single response and called 3 times and no one answers. This place is a total scam. They take your money and don't provide the product. I am so upset! They stole money from my retired mother and my daughter never got her birthday present

I agree with all the other Customers, Avenue service and Clothes quality has really gone down hill. I wish they would reconstruct the entire Sales, Returns, Shipping and Quality of the entire Business. Customers are very unsatisfied and I am as well. So many companies are going Bankrupt I would hate to see this for Avenue. Clean up your Service.

Horrible customer service. Returned clothes at my expense since mailing label not included with merchandise as promised and company would not furnish when requested. Did not pay bill as it did not reflect receipt of returned items. Now company says I owe more than cost of original items despite receipt of their return. Will never order from them again. Destroyed their card.

I ordered clothing, as a long standing customer and card holder. I received an item that was damaged, it had a hole in it. The offered me 50% credit!! When I didn't accept that they told me they'd give me credit minus the return shipping fee. I wasn't returning, they sent me something with a hole! Buyer beware!

I sent back some shoes I bought from this company. I unfortunately lost my receipt but figured nothing could go wrong. It’s been a month and haven’t received credit. I kept calling and all they say is they’re investigating. Omg 26.00 takes this long????? Bad customer service to a long term customer. Shop at your own risk. Keep treating customers like crap and Avenue will surely go belly up next!

Half the season will be over before we get our helmets. I found out after ordering they don’t keep stock on hand and order them from China direct to your house. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order April 3rd it is may 25 and I am still waiting for it. Tracking the parcel is next to impossible. They ship form china. Never Ever order for them.
