I purchased an egg swing chair on 8/4/2020 through E Shop Avenues and I have not received it either! I have been sending emails but I don’t get a response. Now I see that the site has been shut down!!!! I made this purchase with my Wells Fargo bank card. I am going to call my bank and put a claim in to get my money back.... The claim process takes about 10 days and if the company does not make contact with the bank, my funds will be returned. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GET PLAYED OUT OF ANY MONEY..... I ordered a bench for my patio on August 1st and it is now September 9th 2020 and they haven't shipped anything yet. I gave them the money and they took it. I sent them numerous emails asking what is going on and they never responded. The website seems to be shut down. Do not order from these people. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I ordered an egg chair on Aug 5th. Received confirmation email that it would be shipped. Today is Sept 2nd and no chair yet. I've emailed them numerous times and no response. This site is a scam....they just take your money.

I ordered a swing in the first part of June. The money was taken from my account but I never got the swing! Cant contact them anymore. I did in the beginning I wrote them twice, now they aren't available. I'm pissed. I'm a senior Citizen, my money isn't a lot ,so when I do buy something I really have to want it! I'm furious. They took my money! Thieves!!!!

Do not order anything from Avenue. Just as some businesses are trying to get over during COVID, this is one of them. I placed an order and they cancelled it due to not in stock and available online. Then, I chose something else and placed a second order. I called to cancel within the timeframe due to an emergency trip and they would not cancel it. I rejected the cost from my credit card. They are going out of business like most and PRETEND not to be able to cancel and order just to keep the sale. Buyer beware! Horrible customer service.

I ordered a chair on July 18, 2020, the same day I was told that the chair had shipped. It is August 22, 2020, I have not received the chair. I have emailed 3 times with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
