The Online store doesn't give you an option for delivery, only one option and it doesn't tell you how long. Ordered an outfit for a funeral and only part of it after 6 days finally was going to be shipped ONLY AFTER I called. No email until AFTER I called that my boots were out of stock. Then no option to get my boots faster up to 2 weeks. What kind of service is that. I'll definitely just stick to Amazon or Walmart for all my ordering.

So I ordered Almost 800.00 worth of clothes on the 5th of Feb. 2021 and I’ve called them 87 times to be exact nothing has changed they items still in fulfillment. They tell me oh you package is ready to send it will go out next day and nothing. I never use to have a problem with them. I’m so angry about this. They won’t cancel my order, they won’t refund nothing very angry.

I'm very displeased with the service from Avenue. I placed an order with them before Christmas and never received them!! I have called Avenue 3 times already and they have yet to resolve this or replace the items!! I was willing to even take an online credit and all they do is lie to you, and give you the run around. So I'm out of $90 and they have done absolutely nothing about it!! They will NEVER get another red cent from me!!!! All the Full Beauty Brands stores have horrible reviews of people not getting their orders!! Do your homework and search the reviews!! Roamans, Jessica London, Avenue, they all have terrible service!!!

I wish I would read all these reviews I been on the phone for hour requesting refund for items that was not supposed to be authorized. They can't provide me shipping label or tracking number. Refuses to refund me or cancel my order. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY

I shopped the online store like I used to shop the physical stores. I purchased 20 items with the intention of returning what didn’t fit. Little did I know that they would not accept returns. Now I am stuck with items I can’t use. The irony is that all tops were purchased in the same size—but some are too large and many are too small. So don’t rely on their size chart. Never again will I shop here. Wish I had read their reviews in advance. They need to just shut down.

I made an order in November for one item a bathrobe. I still have not received this order when you email it's a joke they give you a ticket number but you never hear back. Trying to call is a nightmare your lucky if the call even connects. I did call in December the lady said they would get it out as soon as possible and I haven't received anything and now I can't even get ahold of them.

Don’t Do It! This company used to be a solid company. I placed an order for several items in November. The clothing items shipped but not the boots, when I received my order the two pairs of shorts I received had holes in the seams from poor craftsmanship. I took photos with tags still attached to the items and contacted them through their customer service page, no response. I tried calling multiple times to be stuck on hold for an hour and then to be disconnected without being able to speak to anyone. I tried email again, to which I finally got an answer. They would refund my shorts if I sent the photos of the damage and my boots would ship soon. Weeks pass, nothing, I again contact them again with photos to which they say they will send me a merchandise credit for the shorts, I ask them to cancel the boots at this point it’s been well over a month they can’t even give me an estimated shipping date and there is snow on the ground now so I’ve had to buy a different pair of boots from the store. They refuse to cancel the boots saying it’s too far along in the order process to cancel even though the boots haven’t or aren’t due to ship anytime soon. What? The best part is after they ship my boots if they ever do if I want a refund I have to pay for return shipping label out of my own pocket. So they have my money, boots and have not sent me my merchandise credits for the damaged merchandise which are still sitting in my closet with the tags on and again this has been since November. At this point I’m going to see what my credit card company can do. Point is stay they heck away from this company!

I am currently awaiting an order that I placed on December 4th. The odd thing is that I ordered two pair of shoes and one pair got to me within a week or two. They have not given me an acceptable reason as to why they fulfilled and shipped part of my order and not the other. They do not know when the other pair will ship and can not give a tracking number. I’ve asked for a refund, but the shoes have to be shipped so that it can be rerouted to them to refund. But again, they do not know when the shoe will ship. I’m certain I’ll probably never see the shoes or my money again, but I can help someone else from spending their money here. Please shop elsewhere. The good deals are not worth the trouble and you can probably do better elsewhere and have better service provided.
