I just received my order and I am so disappointed in the quality ,I have ordered from Avenue in the past and have always loved my clothes but two of the shirts in this order have ruffle trim and the seams don’t even line up one is about an inch off and the other has part of the ruffle missing two other shirts are so thin and poorly sewn I feel like I received shirts that were supposed to be discarded very disappointed hopefully return process will not be a problem

I ordered a dress from Avenue Clothing and chose the payment method Klarna. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit and I sent it back. I also reported my return to Klarna. Avenue Clothing confirmed the return to me by mail, but Klarna did not, so I had to pay it later.... It was said by Avenue Clothing that there was a problem with Klarna and that I get the money paid back directly by Avenue Clothing, so have passed on my IBAN for reversal! Now I have been waiting for my money for 2 months. I am assured by mail again and again, I get the money next week, but this does not happen! This online store I have visited for the last time. No trust left…. - - Ich habe ein Kleid bei Avenue Clothing bestellt und die Bezahlart Klarna gewählt. Das Kleid passte leider nicht und ich habe es zurück geschickt. Habe meine Rücksendung auch bei Klarna gemeldet. Avenue Clothing hat mir per Mail die Rücksendung bestätigt, aber bei Klarna nicht, deshalb musste ich es später bezahlen.. Es hieß von Avenue Clothing, dass es ein Problem mit Klarna gäbe und dass ich das Geld direkt von Avenue Clothing zurück bezahlt bekomme, habe also meine IBAN zur Rückabwicklung weiter gegeben! Nun warte ich seit 2 Monaten auf mein Geld. Mir wird per Mail immer wieder versichert, ich bekomme das Geld nächste Woche, doch dies passiert nicht! Diesen Online Shop habe ich zum letzten Mal besucht. Kein Vertrauen mehr übrig….

Buyer beware. I’m trying to return multiple items the company claims never shipped. I have a packing slip and 5 items in my possession. Long waits while on with customer service and 4 days later no resolution.

THIS IS ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE AND 61 SO I HAVE EXPERIENCED A BIT. I CALLED TO CANCEL AN ORDER WITHIN MINS OF PLACING IT BECAUSE I USED THE WRONG PAYMENT METHOD. I FIRST CALLED AFTER 5 MINS I STATED DOING THE CHAT REQUESTING THAT THE ORDER BE CANCELED AND ALL THIS STARTED ON 061722 ON 061822 STILL NO CONFIRMATION THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELED . CALL AGAIN ON 061822 WHILE ON HOLD I STARTED THE CHAT AGAIN THE ORDER SHIPPED OUT ON SUNDAY 061922 CALLED AGAIN STARTED THE CHAT AGAIN WHILE ON HOLD.... CALLED AGAIN ON 062022 STARTED THE CHAT AGAIN WHILE ON HOLD CALLED AGAIN 062122 STARTED THE CHAT AGAIN WHILE ON HOLD AND THEN THE CHAR PERSON SAID WELL THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO NOW BECAUSE IT HAS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT.... OF COURSE APOLPGIES WERE FLOWING I ASK IF THEY HAD A CORPORATE NUMBER SHE SAID NO AND AFTER RESEARCHING IT I COULD NOT FIND ONE. SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD HAVE A SUPERVISOR CALL ME AND THAT WAS EARLY THIS MORNING THEN AFTER 1;00 PM TODAY I GOT BACK ON THE CHAT AND WAS TOLD THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD CONTACT VIA EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS.... I HAD EVERY INTENTION OF REORDERING WHAT I HAD ORGINALLY ORDERED I JUST NEEDED TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD. NOW ALL I WANT IS A FREE SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN THE PACKAGE ONCE IT ARRIVES..... THIS IS THE ABSOULTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE..... I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE AVENUE.

I made my first order to Avenue on 23 April 2022. Big mistake. I wasn’t familiar with their sizing and the clothes that I got are too large for me. I have been trying for the last six or seven days to get in touch with them because the information as to how to set up a return is so Faint On my invoice that it can’t be read. I have tried through the website to get in touch I have been put on many 11 minute holds when no one answers, I tried all of the store numbers in my area all of the numbers are out of service! Thank God I didn’t make a big order! However as a retired person on fixed income I can’t afford to lose $78.40. The clothes don’t fit the quality is awful and evidently the company doesn’t exist because I can’t get in touch with them! My next call is to my state attorney general’s office to see if they can help me.

Zero stars! Do not order from this company! My large order was messed up from the beginning.They charged me for an item stating it was in my shipment. It wasn’t. One final sale item was damaged and I had to jump through hoops to prove that they needed to refund me for that item. I returned most of the items, 26 to be exact, via their “Happy Return” vendor, PakMail and between them and the warehouse, 10 items mysteriously disappeared!!!! Each item has a scan code and the warehouse can’t find the missing items. This is total BS! I know the pandemic hurt many businesses and the current inflation is taking a toll on businesses, but this is, at the most, outright theft and at the bare minimum, outright incompetency. I will never order from them again. Lane Bryant and Macy’s are better options.

I would give zero stars if I could! This is the worse clothing company around when it comes to delivering purchases and they have extremely POOR customer service. This company should be shut down! I regret the day I decided to purchase from them! Anybody thinking about making a purchase, it’s best you save yourself the stress! Shop somewhere else! I’m still waiting to be contacted. When will this happen?? Next year?? Updated 5/2 as of now I’m still waiting to be contacted they only claim they will contact you as a sham to try and look professional on this website. Here’s more details on my experience, buyers buy at your own risk and consider yourself warned! I ordered some blouses totaling $112. The order says FEDEX delivered it. I haven’t received it. I was home all day and I have a ring camera. No one came to my door. I called FedEx and they directed me to call Avenue. I did that, Avenue said I had to wait 10 business days to see if my package will arrive and if it still haven’t arrive they will open an investigation. It’s been 11 days now and I finally received an email saying they are not responsible for lost packages. I wonder if they won’t take the responsibility then who should!? They offer to replaced the blouses if they have it available or to issue a gift card. They don’t ship with any other carrier beside waste of time FedEx! I responded to that email and I’m still waiting for a confirmation from them. It’s pure lies to get you off the line. The online chat they offer is pure waste of your time. I called them again and again still no new order nor gift card. This is some kind criminal activity! You charge for merchandise and if it reaches it reaches. Buyers be ware if you purchase and FedEx chose to leave your package wherever they have a mind to, you will spend an eternity trying to recover your money from Avenue. Don’t ask about the customer service they are the most unprofessional, unhelpful bunch I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank. That’s the only thing left to do. FINAL WORD OF ADVICE IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!

I ordered from this company and I really wanted a dress but the dress was not available because it took almost ten days for my order to come. The dress didn’t come even though it let me order my dress in the first place. It was a phone order so I should have gotten my dress. No dress and I am very disappointed in this company I will never order from this company again because they let you order and don’t send the item. People should never deal with this company. They will disappoint you every time. I should have looked at these reviews before I ordered my dress. It will never happen to me again.
