What went wrong this time is what this box said before I started typing. This company has gone downhill in customer service, in their products, in everything since the box stores closed. Sad.

Avenue used to have nice clothes and I could count on items fitting in my size. Well, I purchased 4 different tops and the sizing is all over the place with 1 being too large, 1 item is just right, and 2 items are too snug. I will not purchase from them again as they wouldn't let me return any of the items. What a waste of money.

I had problems with the quality and make of two dresses I purchased. When returning the items, I was just outside the 30-days from purchase time frame (it took 9 days to receive the items). I requested a return exemption; it took the company over 30 days to respond. Upon return of the items, I discovered I would not be issued a credit to my charge card, but an egift card for a future purchase. If I had problems with my first purchase and the return process, why would I come back?

I have been a loyal Avenue customer for MANY years. I needed to exchange/return a pair of shoes for a size that fit, and was denied, as it was just a tad over 30 days. I had been out of town and ill, and asked for a reconsideration, and was still denied. As part of the reconsideratipn I was asked to explain my request via email, and submit pictures of the never worn shoes, which I did. All a waste of my time. AlI wanted to do was an exchange, although Avenue requires a return, then repurchase. Sadly, I won't do business with Avenue anymore, and I've shared my experience with friends and family. Terrible customer experience.

Placed order in August was sent shipping information saying items were sent August 9th. Still have not received items.

I ordered this dress on the 08/08/2023, received it today 31/08/2023, very poor quality, a pure rag. I would like to return it, but it would probably cost me more, than it cost to buy it. Badly made, just awful. Buyer beware!!! Nasty cheap horrible clothing. I will never purchase from this company again. Once bitten twice shy.😡🙈

All the non returnable clearance stuff I bought for like crap. Would not order again.

I called because my email from Lanebryant showed my package was delivered and it was not delivered, for some reason my order was split into to deliveries, I have not received any of my deliveries and the representative was very uneducated to assist me, where i was very frustrated. Thank you.
