Took nearly 4 months to get a refund after an item was returned. I had to show them their email as proof of return. Money would only be refunded as store credit or through PayPal. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a dress. You sent me the WRONG ITEM. You no longer had the item I ordered. But you would not refund me because it was a final sale. I understand FINAL SALE but I didn't mess the transaction up YOU did. Then you give me a credit. I didn't give you a CREDIT when I sent you my money. Just another form of BAIT & SWITCH! (And I won't get my shipping & handling back). If I choose to order I'll have to pay S & H AGAIN. I hate a thief. 😡
