Refund policy is a joke
Refund policy is a joke. Customer service doesn’t even exist or care, brush you off like they are doing you a favor. I will never buy anything from this company ever again! I will make sure I tell everyone I know to stay away. Terrible company.

Wrong color
Wrong color I ordered this dress, for a wedding, in sage. That was one of the requested colors. I received the purple, which was not one of the colors. So I had to go back out and look for another dress the day before the wedding. I will be returning

Was disappointed, the material used for these pants and tops was terrible. I have had good Prior Purchases, but after this it is doubtful I will ever order with you again. These items we subpar

To whom it may concern… I’m so upset and disappointed with the purchase and quality of my underwear I purchased. I have already had to throw away 3 pairs do to them ripping. Coming undone after wearing them and washing them. Years back when I use to go into the stores to buy my panties they were made better quality. Now they are so cheaply made, materials are very then to my finger nail makes a hole. The fit of the underwear are not even made right I had to buy the next size up and then it’s to big. I’m so disappointed and my money has been wasted. I will not purchase from you guys anymore.

No Mouse In The Bra
Why does the bra SQUEAK every time I move??? Like, REALLY loud!!! I was in a work meeting - every time I moved my arms or wrote or breathed a little too heavy, SQUEAK! My co-workers asked if I had a mouse in there! I am assuming it is the fabric rubbing the metal underwire, but holy smokes, is it loud!!!

Lace slip on fell apart the 1st time I write them Black boots the sole collapsed caved in, 3rd time I wore those. I would NEVER purchase nor refer someone to Avenue EVER!!! WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS ON HOLD FOREVER THEN CALL DISCONNECTED.

My order was canceled again because there was no stock. So I did not receive the one item I ordered- this happens way to often and is my biggest annoyance with this company
