This company does not disclose, upfront, that they use an outside company to pay consultants for their time, and they delay payment after you have completed a project. They use Neocurrency to arrange payment. 10 days after you complete a consulting assignment, Neocurrency sends an email asking for your personal banking information so they can arrange payment.

Hi Julie, thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry we didn't explain our payment process before your call. We typically do this, but it slipped through the cracks. That was our miss. Like many expert networks, we use a third-party platform to send payments. About 10 days after a consultation, you'll receive an email to claim your payment. You can choose how you'd like to receive it, and entering your banking info is not required. That timeline is faster than the 30+ days common across the industry, but we understand it's frustrating when it isn't explained ahead of time. Your payment is scheduled to arrive in the coming days, but please reach out to the team member you've been in contact with if you have any questions.
