AvenidasReviews of avenidasfuneralchapel.com

I live in St. Joseph MO, but my father had passed doing what he loved which was driving a diesel. This is how he passed while in Arizona. With that being said everything that I have had to do has been over the phone. Everyone has made it very helpful along with taking the time for all my questioms to make this be as easy as possible for me while I am not even there. My experience I would rate 5 stars for sure! Roxanne and Nitia have been wonderful to wk with.

Great customer service and follow up .highly recommend them to others

I've done business with Avenidas for cremation of two relatives and have been highly satisfied with their support and professionalism, with every detail and request. I highly recommend this business and those who work there.

Their representatives were prompt and attentive, foresaw our needs and made navigating a difficult time a little easier. The reception area has an atmosphere and an aesthetic that were very appealing to me.

Helpful and patient. Exactly what you need in difficult times.

I've never dealt with needing services for a loved one who has died. I was very apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. The staff at Avenidas were so kind and patient, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. They worked to ensure our family were all together on what we wanted, including emails and phone calls. I couldn't ask for a better experience in our time of grieving.

I appreciate all of the help I was given with me living out of state. Thank you for making this as easy as it could be.

I was impressed with the level of expertise and help in explaining all that would happen and in sending me all the documentation needed to understand the process.
