I am a 53 year old female who developed severe psoriasis after going through early menopause. I have tried lots of creams and even steroids to help as I have plaques and scales on 45% of my body I purchased Aveeno Dermexa Daily Emollient YESTERDAY my first use and felt relief in minutes last night was the first full nights sleep I did not wake up scratching and bleeding from my scratching in my sleep. This morning after my shower I noticed a slight change in all my spots already feeling calmer. I will be purchasing this product in bulk. #iloveaveeno

I have relied on Aveeno for over 10 years as everything else made my skin flare up. The new formula (for all of their lines not just the green lid - I’ve experimented hoping there was an alternative) doesn’t just disagree with my skin - it BURNS. Under my eyes have been swollen and itchy since using and I’ve had to go cold Turkey which feels only marginally better. I am disgusted by this brand’s disregard for its customers.

I don't know happened to the dispenser design, either the pump or perhaps it's even the viscosity of the lotion, but over the last year EVERY SINGLE BOTTLE of Aveeno Body lotion stops dispensing about 2/3rd of the way through the bottle. That did not happen previously. I will stop buying this product until they correct this defect.

I am new to aveeno and I can tell you that this product is awful! I wish I read the reviews before I bought the body wash. It says for dry skin but the longer I use it the worse my skin gets. Terrible! Do not recommend!

After the changes now aveeno makes my skin worst. Lotion makes my skin itchy and dry after application. And shampoo makes my head itchy and if touches my skin it gives me a bunch of break out. I used to trust aveeno but now the bulk I ordered I cant even use. I tried other product and the itchiness went away and then i tried one more time to use it with the aveeno and the itchiness and breakout came back so I cant use it anymore. . What a waste of money.

Terrible. They changed the formula and those of us with sensitive skin raged at them but they have ignored us all and clearly placed profits over customer care. Shame on you for selling a skin condition product with no thought or care for those who suffer from skin condition. Give us back our proper Aveeno.

I recently purchased 4 x 500ml plastic pump action bottles of Aveeno Moisturising Cream. Only 1 out of the 4 dispensed the Aveeno Moisturising Cream. The pump action style of the bottle has changed, I never had any previous problems with the old style pump action bottles. When I phoned the Aveeno queries/complaints phone number, I hoped I would hear that some positive action about this problem would be taken. Apparently other people had had problems with the new style pump bottle, I assume not dispensing the Moisturising Cream correctly. It’s a pity that Aveeno don’t give this product in Pump Action Bottles that work. A refund is the last thing I need, I require a product that is fit for purpose. 3 out of 4 Pump Action Bottles are not fit for purpose but it seems Aveeno are prepared to do nothing but offer you a refund. That DOES NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM caused by this new style pump bottle, it has an arrowed collar under the dispensing spout, and is not effective at all, Aveeno will lose revenue and customers because of this and they seem prepared to do that. Not good, burns the skin and causes itchiness.
