This is my 2nd time tracking with Ava for pregnancy. Both times resulted in pregnancy. Very thankful for Ava and its help on my journey!

Für mich eine Tracker Revolution!
Das Ava Armband finde ich eine sehr tolle möglichkeit meinen Zyklus zu überwachen. Mit dem Armband ist es wesentlich einfacher als mit der Basalthemeraturmethode. Einen Sternabzug gibt es nur weil ich gerne einen einschalt Knopf hätte und die möglichkeit das Armband zu wechseln. Mit dem Silikonarmband kriege ich in den Sommermonaten oft einen kleinen Schweissausschlag unter dem Band. Auch der Verschluss ist etwas rummelig für das ich das Armband täglich an und abziehen muss. Da wäre ein Stoffarmband mit Klettverschluss einiges Bedienerinnen freundlicher. Ich würde das Ava Armband jedoch jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Häufig nimmt es die Daten trotz tragen nicht auf. Kann Brandblasen am Handgelenk verursachen. Wenn die Daten da sind echt super Auswertung.

Truly learn about your own body
I’ve read the books, done many rounds of IVF, and I learned more about fertility from Ava in one month than years of that other stuff! It’s a great option if you’re looking to change it up and try something new in the journey to get pregnant.

I am currently pregnant with #3 since receiving my Ava Bracelet! I absolutely LOVE it. It is the most accurate tracker that I've used, and is so much better that just inputting my period information.

AVA- bei regelmässigem Zyklus sicher gut
Ich benutzte AVA bereits seit einer Weile. Da ich einen recht unregelmässigen Zyklus habe, scheint dies AVA zu überfordern. Weder Eisprung, noch Mens können wirklich präzise ermittelt werden. Regelmässig werden die Prognosen angepasst und die Tage verschoben. Dennoch finde ich es spannend, die Kurven zu beobachten und somit die körperlichen Veränderungen im Zyklusverlauf zu sehen. Leider läuft aber auch bei der Datensynchronisation häufiger etwas schief und die eingelesenen Daten werden trotz Synchronisation nicht übernommen. Darüber hinaus hat die App häufiger Bugs und ein Scrollen beim Zyklusvergleich (nach oben oder unten) funktioniert oft nicht. Da nicht selten auch meine Schlafdauer nicht korrekt erfasst wird, hinterfrage ich die Belastbarkeit der Auswertungen. Fazit: Die Verlässlichkeit der Daten stelle ich in Frage, dies auch vor dem Hintergrund des doch sportlichen Preises. Bei einem regelmässigen Zyklus kann ich mir vorstellen, dass ava besser funktioniert. Das Handling, Auswertung und die Stabilität der App haben Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Kurvenauswertungen finde ich interessant.

Die Garantie war abgelaufen, trotzdem wurde das kaputte Armband meiner Frau kostenfrei ersetzt.

The easiest, most accurate way to track fertility
The best way to track fertility without remembering daily testing and charting. It’s so detailed and always has great articles to read. We got pregnant in 3 months. Highly recommend Ava. My period trackers were always accurate for my period but never for ovulation. Ava was dead on about everything. You only wear it to bed which is nice and it does the work for you.
