Things were going great until everything crashed.
Things were going great until the website shut down for almost a month. It is really disheartening for people who are really trying to track their cycles due to fertility issues. Makes me very skeptical that this was a bad idea and when will this happen again. It wasn’t down for just a few days. It was over a month with no explanation. An email would have been respectful enough.

Do NOT buy the AVA
Do NOT buy the AVA. They silently left their customers in the dark for months with no prior communication about an outage. Users are left without access to years of their own data. Do not trust them with your data! See Reddit tryingtoconceive post entitled "Ava did something happen?"

Poor quality - Broke after a year
It’s so flimsy that the band completely broke (making it unwearable) in little more than a year. For something that expensive that I am supposed to be able to track the period of conception and pregnancy presumably over a year, the lifespan of the product is unacceptable. I wore it almost nightly as recommended and the wear and tear was significant and swift. I would NOT recommend this product to others.

Armband OK - Kundenservice sehr schlecht - Preis nicht wert
Ich hatte das Ava-Armband knapp 1 Jahr. Grundsätzlich ist das Armband und das dazugehörige App gut. Es hat zu Beginn verlässlich meine Daten getrackt und das App ist leicht zu bedienen. Jedoch geht das Band sehr schnell kappt (billiges Material). Und auch der Ava-Tracker selber hielt nicht mal ein Jahr aus bzw. ging kaputt. Das Licht des Sensors leuchtete rot und der Tracker wurde sehr heiss. Ich habe mehrmals (3x) dem Kundenservice geschrieben, bekam jedoch nie eine Rückmeldung auf die Forderung, dass das Armband kaputt ist und ich die Garantie geltend machen will. Sie ignorieren einen eiskalt, obwohl in den FAQ's steht man sollte sich bei ihnen melden, wenn der Armbandsensor rot leuchtet. Ich hatte Bilder und sogar Video mitgeschickt. Keine Reaktion... Für so eine Qualität und so einen Service ist es den Preis nicht wert.

Bracelet stopped working after 4 months
My bracelet stopped working after 4 months. It won't hold a charge or sync with my phone. I reached out to Ava's customer service twice and never received a response, other than the auto response of "We received your inquiry." While it worked, it was great, but unfortunately this company apparently does not stand by its product guarantee.
