Ich benutze das Armband nun seit ca 5 Zyklen und es hat noch nicht ein einziges Mal den Eisprung am richtigen Tag angezeigt. Trotzdem ist es wie ich finde die entpsannendste Möglichkeit die Temperatur zuverlässig zu messen. Dafür ist aber natürlich ein recht teurer Spaß.

I really like my Ava Bracelet. I am the worst about checking temps in the morning, so this really helped take the stress off of having to remember to do that. With my luck, I ended up having already ovulated by the time I got Ava, and I'm pregnant this cycle after a year of trying and one loss!!! So I didn't get to use it much for tracking or timing when to have intercourse. BUT I got to watch my temperature rise and "dip" for implantation before turning on Pregnancy Mode. The only thing that I wish for was an interpretation of the data. It does tell you "Your Temperature has gone up 3 days in a row" but it doesn't say what that could mean.

I think it keeps track of what it says it will keep track of. It's very convenient, but what I'm finding is that LH strips are still the gold standard. I use the AVA bracelet to help me keep track of when I should start taking LH strip samples (the fertile window). The ovulation day has typically aligned with AVA's suggested day of ovulation, but has been off once or twice. Overall, very satisfied with this product.

Generell finde ich die Technik und Aufzeichnungsmöglichkeiten des Armbandes sehr gut. Allerdings sind die Werte für einen Leihen eher schwierig zu verstehen und zu bewerten. Daher wäre es sicherlich für Leihen wie die meisten der weiblichen Kundinnen einfacher, diese noch in einer Agenda oder Historie genauer zu erklären. Gut sind aber alle Punkte, die man dort eintragen kann sowie die eigentlich sehr zuverlässigen und genauen Werte. Auch ist es sehr praktisch, dass man das Armband auch während der Schwangerschaft noch tragen kann. Sowie die interessanten Artikel, die man dort lesen kann. Summa summarum eine gute Sache, wenn auch in der Anschaffung noch sehr teuer.

Started using the Ava bracelet after the birth of our first baby, and it made tracking naturally and understanding my cycle incredibly easy and stress-free. I looked forward to reading my stats in the morning and felt confident to have sex on my nonfertile days when we weren’t ready for another baby just let. Started trying for baby #2 and got a positive test in first month of trying. It would say the only con would be the lack of seeing battery power percentage. Regardless, the bracelet truly is a game changer in tracking naturally and truly understanding your cycle!

After 4 years of trying it’s finally happened! 5 months after we started using the Ava bracelet!

The only things that could be improved is the fact that once you change your status from trying to conceive/tracing my cycle to pregnant, you cannot see the past cycles kn your calendar anymore. For me this would be helpful as I have experienced losses and would need to be able to go back to past months as well. Also, the app is a bit “boring”. There could be videos or posts about baby development or similar. Otherwise I find it very clear and simple to use. Also without the wrist band, the app helped me to get pregnant twice!!
