Very helpful

If nothing else Ava gave me really good information and resources about what my body was doing. One month TTC and 2.5 months of data and we got pregnant.

Overall, I thought it was very interesting to track all of the various data points, but I used the bracelet for 6 months and was not having any success. We then utilized the Clear Blue Monitor in addition to the bracelet and had success within the second month, as what I found out was that the window of time per the bracelet was nowhere near as accurate as the Clear Blue Monitor. I have a friend who just recently purchased the bracelet and I recommended her to also get the Clear Blue given our success rate with the monitor.

Buyer Beware with this product. I bought it and began using it for roughly two weeks. It was working well up until that time and was very easy to use. The problem was, one day it just stopped working. I played with it for a day or two to see if maybe it was the battery, but I realized it had stopped working, so I contacted support. Support only provides for email contact, and it takes about 24 hours to get a response. They went back and forth with me for three to four days telling me to do various things, unpair the device/re-pair it, charge for 24 hours, set an alarm. All of these things I had basically done already but they continued to email me back and forth until finally instead of requesting an exchange I just decided I wanted to return it. The experience with customer service even more than the device defectiveness is the reason for my poor rating. This device is just a bit too pricey for something that is not good quality, and there is only a 30 day return policy, so after that if anything happens the attitude is basically "screw you."

I appreciate the information that I gain from Ava. There have been times were the bracelet malfunctions and only takes a few minutes of data during the night, even though it had charged completely.

The Ava bracelet is useful however it is expensive. Opk’s gave me a more accurate ovulation date. The Facebook support groups are good but I’m sure there are similar groups out there without buying the product.

Extremely accurate and easy to use.

Easy to use, clear graphs, possibility to compare cycles, and space to note additional observations. More consistent than my oral thermometer (I double charted for 2 months) and a lifesaver with disturbed nights and irregular bed/wake up times.
