After 10 months of trying to conceive I decided to try the Ava bracelet and I only wore it one month and we are pregnant!

I wish Ava offered more insights based on the data. I struggled to figure out what my daily data points meant, like in addition to “your temp raised for the last 3 days” it would be helpful to follow that with what that could mean!

Love The Ava bracelet! It was amazing to watch your body patterns each morning! I just found out me and my husband are pregnant after first month “trying” and second cycle using Ava! So excited to go into pregnancy mode on Ava! Blessings to all!

The RHR is wrong. I also have a Fitibit Charge 3 (Charge 2 before). The RHR from Ava is very different (including as trend) to the one from Fitbit. As the Fitbit trend matches the temp trend from Ava I am pretty sure that the RHR is wrong in Ava. Also I am doing monitored cycles at a reproductive endocrinologist (trying to conceive) and I can tell you that Ava almost never got my ovulation date right. It is mostly identified later by Ava, but it also happened to be earlier a couple of times. In a nutshell I only use Ava for the temps recording, which is quite disappointing

This is nothing more than a glorified BBT Thermometer and I’m so disappointed I wasted my money. First things first, I ordered it on the 4th July and received it the following week however it was faulty so I then had to go though another week of back & forth via email (you cannot contact them via phone which is very poor considering the price of the product) I requested a refund however they said this wasn’t possible and they only did replacements however in the manual received it does say they provide refunds for faulty products?! Anyway another week passed and finally received the bracelet but I was now well into my cycle (CD20 +) so felt pretty pointless using it but thought would give it a go and get used to it. The app is completely abysmal to be honest, whilst it provides measurements such as Breathing Rate, HRV , Temperature etc it offers no insights to what any of it means and with HRV it says that it varies from person to person so there isn’t even a benchmark of what it should be which I feel makes it completely pointless. Personally I find the Fitbit Charge I already have to be a far more accurate way of tracking everything but BBT and the Fitbit app also offers insights into your measurements which is what I thought AVA would provide for the price. The real proof in the pudding so to speak is that by the time I received my Bracelet after all the time wasting I had actually already conceived early in the month simply by looking at data and predictions on my Fitbit! So a happy ending for me but absolutely nothing to do with Ava and I wouldn’t recommend wasting £250 + £10 delivery on this terrible product.

After using Ava for 3 cycles, I am currently 7 1/2 weeks pregnant. We’ve been trying for almost 2 years after a miscarriage in 2017. Prior to Ava I was using opks to see when I was ovulating. I still tested with opks but followed what my ava bracelet said about my most fertile days. In the same month I got pregnant I also started doing self-fertility massages daily starting after the day after my period up to the day I ovulated.

It was hit or miss but accurate. The band part was really uncomfortable for me to wear at night... but I just used the app to track my period and ovulation! It was very good at predicting and now I’m 6 weeks along!
