Love the bracelet; a little work to do on ovulation tracking
The bracelet has been great - the app is very thorough and gives me all of the tracking information I needed. My only complaint is that the reason I had not been getting pregnant is because I ovulate a week later than normal cycles which the app and bracelet did not track towards. Thank god I was doing ovulation strips with this so I was able to verify the timing. The funny thing is when I began ovulating and got a smiley face on my strips, the ava app actually did alert me of a biphasic signal. The problem is it then did not update my ovulation timing. So future months were still off. I liked it but hope it can be more dynamic with changing ovulation week predictions.

I found the metrics insightful and the app was fairly easy to navigate. The app tracked quite closely to traditional ovulation predictor kits.

Great in the beginning, but hit or miss lately
Was working great the first few months, but lately my data hasn’t shown up consistently... I’m not too upset about it since I’m now pregnant (after an HSG and timing with AVA). Hopefully whatever glitches are occurring are rectified soon.

My fertile window was off by 2 - 3 days, a pitty one can't adust in the app. To be more accurate.

Beste Entscheidung. Haben nach dem 1. Kind versucht schwanger zu werden. Leider erfolglos. Da ich nach dem 1. Kind meine Tage nicht regelmäßig hatte, versuchte ich AVA. Und nach nur einem Monat waren wir schwanger.

Helpful for cycle tracking. Use with ovulation tests for more accuracy.
I have been wearing the bracelet for 6 months TTC. It's been helpful in tracking my cycle and predicting ovulation/menstruation. I will say that I started using OPK tests a few months into using the bracelet and found that the OPK tests resulted in positives a day or two after Ava told me I ovulated. I started somewhat disregarding what Ava was saying for ovulation date and just trusting the OPK kits. After 6 months I'm pregnant, so overall the process seems to work! But I would definitely still use ovulation tests alongside the bracelet. I found it somewhat annoying that you couldn't tell Ava when you had a positive OPK test - it might have learned for future cycles if you were able to give it more specifics around ovulation.
