Absolutely love this product. With being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and MTHFR, it was hard to manage my cycles and figure out the best time to work on conception. Through AVA, testing for LH around ovulation, and taking the necessary supplements, we conceived our first child after 3 years of trying and our second after a year of trying. Highly recommended for a product to help conception or not conceiving, if that is what is warranted.

I enjoy the data that I get everyday and that I know what my body is doing.

100% would recommend it really does work!

I used the Ava for only a few days, and I happened to get pregnant. I don't think it had anything to do with the Ava, as it needs several cycles in order to "get to know" you. Many women in an Ava online group mentioned that they cannot trust when Ava says they ovulate, and that they rely on standard ovulation test sticks instead. I do like the data and the insights Ava provides, but I do not think it is the be-all-end-all of getting pregnant.

My only complaint with my Ava is the battery life. Wish it would go longer than one night. Been following the ovulating date and it worked. Curious to see how the device works on this side

My husband and I tried for 5 and 1/2 years to get pregnant on our own with help from the doctors off and with fertility medication. My grandma mentioned the Ava bracelet to me and I decided to try it. The first month of wearing my bracelet I got pregnant! We were so happy, but that one sadly ended in a miscarriage. I was given the okay to try again the month after if I wanted to. We did and that same month again if wearing Ava I got pregnant again and I now have a happy and healthy 4 month of baby boy 😊 I let one of my friends borrow my bracelet and she got pregnant using it also after they had tried for 1 year. I LOVE this bracelet so much! We found out I was ovulating a lot earlier in my cycle and the Ava bracelet caught that and I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be using this bracelet in the future.

Straps on wristband broke the first week. Seems very inaccurate measuring sleep and had pretty widely varying measurements in temperature and pulse so these didn’t seem that accurate either. Waste of money.

Dear Kate We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the Ava bracelet. In order to evaluate what's causing the issues, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support directly via [email protected]. Regarding your sleep measurements, we would like to highlight that Ava tracks your movement with an accelerometer. Based on your movement, it estimates your sleeping time. Therefore, if you move a lot during your sleep (or if you sleep next to somebody who moves a lot), Ava might underestimate your sleeping time. As long as you wear Ava for at least 4 hours and Ava registers 3 hours of sleep or more, the accuracy of your predictions will not be affected. We hope your experience will improve soon, warmly the Ava team
