This is a great option to do when you are first start to try! If i could do it all over again, I’d purchase this bracelet back when we started to try! And this is much cheaper then a fertility specialist! It really lets you understand your cycle and body. The staff response time and quality was amazing too! I purchased my bracelet from a secondary seller and they still responded right away and gave me amazing feedback when I asked questions! I will forever recommend!

I have had Ava for one month. The app alone was very good and it was amazing as it was free. It recorded everything I needed and I could clearly see when my temperature was elevated straight after ovulation. I have regular cycles with the odd long cycle so it tracked really well. I found the bracelet very easy to use and connect and was using it every night to record me whilst I slept. It’s early days but after just one month of using Ava I have just found out I am pregnant. After 5 months of trying I am overjoyed. It may seem slightly expensive but it’s so worth the money. Thankyou Ava!

After 5 years of trying to conceive, my husband and I purchased an Ava bracelet. Aside from being fascinated by the changes in my body from day to day throughout my cycle, I found the app an incredibly helpful tool to use to try and include him as part of the TTC process, other than the obvious! I could explain why on certain days of the month I was more fertile than others using the data built up day by day, it certainly helped bring an end to a lot of frustration on my side and ultimately, Ava must have predicted my 'window' perfectly as we are now expecting after 1 month of use! Can't recommend it enough if you are struggling to conceive and wish to learn more about your body.

I found out about the Ava bracelet while on social media, and clicking on that ad was one of the best decisions I made in our journey to pregnancy. I wore it for a couple of months before we really started trying to conceive (it didn't love crossing the international date line, but that's neither here nor there), so that when it came time to predict my fertility window, it was spot-on. To that point, during my second cycle of trying, it told me the day after I was supposed to have ovulated that it didn't seem that I had, so we could try again if we felt so inclined. Moreover, the first we were trying to conceive, the body temperature and resting heart rate trackers told me I wasn't pregnant, even though my body seemed to be playing games with me (mild nausea and even a little vomiting). The second cycle, I felt perfectly fine with just some mild cramping...but my body temperature and pulse kept climbing. It let me know - not in explicit terms, of course - that I was pregnant about a week before I took a pregnancy test. I also appreciate the articles they present, which are regularly updated and backed by research...the most up-to-date research, some of which debunked commonly-held beliefs (such as resting with your legs up after sex).
