Easy to use
Easy to use and bracelet is comfortable. Not sure how accurate the sleep readings are. Had some horrible nights of sleep and it said I slept well. Also put in physical findings of cervical mucus and it didn’t affect outcome of most fertile days. I ended up taking the bracelet off for a couple months because I felt that I was obsessing over all the stats. The second month off of the bracelet, I got pregnant. I don’t think it had anything to do with the bracelet giving false info but with the fact that I was just relaxing more and not being so stressed out. A good friend of mine and her sister used the bracelet and it helped them successfully get pregnant. Still a great product and I will likely wear it throughout my pregnancy.

I had been ttc for over 2yrs with no luck. I purchased the Ava 2.0 with the 1yr money back guarantee. I used the Ava religiously for 3cycles an then got my +hpt. Ava is so easy an simple to use. Just wear it while sleeping an snyc in the morning. I didnt have to worry abt bbt same time or if I needed to use the bathroom at night it was ok. I highly recommend Ava.

I found the AVA bracelet very helpful, yet limiting in some ways
I found the AVA bracelet very helpful, yet surprised by two things that I found in the technology era like this one as a quite annoying: 1. the AVA watch has to be charged every night before you wear it, so you need to set up a reminder for yourself everyday, otherwise the watch wouldn't record the night...and it doesn't give you any warning like you would except from a smart bracelet 2. your data are accessible online, so you can't sync your data offline...common this should be though of. And oh well, while you are syncing you can't leave the app...you can't use other app while you are syncing... Other than that great product
