The Ava bracelet and App are very…
The Ava bracelet and App are very useful. It is amazing to learn about your own body, how cool is it to see how your lifestyle impacts your body? My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a while and having the fertility window accurately predicted is so useful for us too. I definitely recommend it if you are impatient and/or curious.

I have been wearing Ava for 3 months…
I have been wearing Ava for 3 months now, the predictions are completely off. I was prescribed fertility meds to help my ovulation be regular and by doctors request I’ve continued using testing strips to test my LH. Well Ava you have been wrong...I have positive tests on cycle day 12 (ovulation day 13) and miss Ava tells me I don’t ovulate til cycle day 16-17 then tells me my patterns are not conclusive. My temp/heart rate/breathing rates have all gone up and still she’s telling me my pattern is not conclusive. I was excited when I purchased this bracelet but it’s a complete let down. I will not recommend Ava to my TTC family.

Easy to use but the app can use some improvement
I love how easy it is to use Ava every night and I have not had much trouble with it syncing the data each morning. After using it for at least 1-2 months, I was able to better understand my data and how to read my parameters each cycle. I loved how it trends the information and how I do not need to take my temperature each day. The one issue I have is the app. It is not as comprehensive and as "smart" as other apps. When you add other data (other than the 5 parameters Ava tracks), it is difficult to see all that information charted together. The app took some time getting used to and I had to use another app alongside to get the best predictions. Another problem was that when you switch to pregnancy mode from TTC, the app can't tell it was on the last cycle, so you have to re-enter your LMP. If the app was better, I'd give it 5 stars.

I am in love
I am in love. I used this app and watch for 3 years tracking my cycle, ovulation, etc and almost gave up on myself. But this cycle around I tracked it like a PI and after cycle 1 I got pregnant with baby #2! After 3 years of trying, years, pain and fear, we can happily say Ava helped us fall pregnant!!! I will recommend this app to everyone I know. I can’t brag enough about it!!!

I love how easy it was to use Ava
I love how easy it was to use Ava, now while I thought this would replace me using OPKs it didn’t but it was more of a tool to help with my fertility journey.
