Ich habe mir Ava gekauft, um damit meinen Zyklus zu verfolgen und um schnellstmöglich schwanger zu werden. Nach einer Fehlgeburt war mein Zyklus sehr durcheinander und Ava hat mir geholfen, meinen Körper und die Vorgänge darin zu verstehen und nachzuvollziehen. When my husband and I were ready to start a family, I didn't realize how challenging it would be to conceive. I had a lot to learn about my cycle, when I ovulate (which wasn't the standard 14 days into my cycle). It took us years to conceive our first child. I used Ava for 6 months, and found the data interesting but ultimately not very useful. It was off on my ovulation date from 1 to 6 days each month. I had to rely on an OPK for the information I needed.

It is annoying you don’t have access to your pre pregnant profile without having to say you “lost the baby or gave birth”. Some people like to go back and look at the notes they took aka spotting, +/_ LH etc. to maybe guesstimate implantation etc

Helpful, easy to use and adaptive. Only issue I had was knowing how often to charge the bracelet, and the plastic of the bracelet gave me a small breakout of eczema on my wrist. It would be good to know how best to clean the bracelet without causing any damage.
