This has helped me get pregnant twice. Thank you ! The first time we were trying about a year and the first month I got Ava I fell pregnant.

I don’t trust the Ava bracelet at all. I have no underlying health issues and twice when I’ve gotten pregnant Ava has been completely off about the ovulation date. I’ve been able to triangulate my ovulation date through cheap LH strips online and the Clear Blue Digital Ovulation tests but Ava was actually more hinderance than help since the data was incredibly inaccurate. Wouldn’t recommend buying.

Amazing product! Accurate and detailed! I would highly recommend this for anyone thinking of starting a family, or even just trying to understand your cycle better.

I’ve used ava to help get pregnant with all of my children. It’s easy to follow and assisted me to know my fertile window.

Love this device. The ava tracked my temperature for me effortlessly giving me more accurate results and helping me pinpoint ovulation better. The only downside (which is warned about prior to purchase) is that the device has a difficult time adjusting to those with irregular cycles. But, I utilized this device with the app Fertility Friend and was able to utilize the data it gave me to help pinpoint ovulation.

The app itself is fine. The syncing is a bit finicky and takes longer than I'd expect, but overall is okay. My main complaint is with the strap - both of the strap loops broke off within a few months of use, which means that the long end of the strap now just dangles off my wrist. Seems quite cheap given how much the Ava costs :/ Also, I'm not convinced that Ava actually got my fertile window accurately - it always lagged a few days behind what my OPKs said. I followed OPKs + tracking CM instead. Since I successfully got pregnant (yay!) I've stopped wearing it for now simply because of the strap + how often I have to charge it (pretty much every day or I risk it dying in the second night) but I'll probably use it again next time we try just because.. why not.

Fantastic kit for tracking everything. Mostly for me, being 44, I wanted to make sure I was ovulating... and it seems I am as after 4 months of TTC I have my BFP 😊.
