I can’t say enough good things about Ava bracelet. It works! Took the stress out of TTC. I have a shorter cycle and ava predicted my ovulation spot on. I’m so glad I tried this before going through the process of seeing a fertility specialist. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend. They give you no information as to what your results mean which causes a lot of extra stress. Ovulation dates were accurate, but a lot of money for not a lot of help otherwise.

I had a lot of difficulties with the Ava bracelet. The instructions say that it needs at least 4 hours of sleep to capture the data. On numerous occasions, I definitely had the device charge and slept longer than 4 hours and it didn't record the data. The helpdesk always said it was my fault which was infuriating. Also, you only get one set of data points per night. You can't look at how your stats have changed throughout the night (like looking at your calorie burn line graph on Fitbit). However, the helpdesk seems to have access to the data. Since it is considered a "medical device", it can't be returned. I think the company does this so they can take your money. It is not constructed well for the amount of money you pay for it. The band is very cheap and broke off completely and you can't just buy another one online. I ended up using medical tape to put it on my wrist at nice and then using a wrist sweatband to keep it secure. I dropped it on the tile and the top panel broke off the device as well. I had to snap it back in. As far as the efficacy; if you are a post-partum mom or don't have a regular cycle, this isn't going to work. Even when my cycle regulated, the algorithm never predicted ovulation or menstruation correctly. I ended up just taking the temperature read-out and plugging it into one of my other apps which has a much better algorithm and app interface. They take a lot of data that is meant to indicate if your body is stressed or not which is good but I can also tell if I'm stressed or not without looking at data. I'm convinced that Ava is incentivizing people for positive reviews; They sponsor podcasts and give away the product to women with birth blogs. Their marketing is not credible. I feel like a sucker for falling for it. The only reason I continued using it was because I wanted to get my moneys worth for my "push present". Next time I'll opt for jewelry.

Ava has helped me achieve 2 pregnancies, and I couldn’t be happier with this product! It was so accurate with calculating fertility dates, and it was also a neat experience to see my parameters change throughout the cycles as it was tracking. It is also very easy to use and offers helpful tips daily as you try to conceive. In my opinion, Ava is definitely worth the money - it has been invaluable to my family and me.

Not very user friendly. Doesn’t really interpret data. Unhelpful compared to free period tracking apps.

Die Messungen von ava sind bei regelmäßigen Tragen sehr genau. Nach ca einem halben Jahr Nutzung kann ava den Zyklus zu 99% richtig voraus sagen. Man lernt seinen Körper und seinen Zyklus so gut kennen, wie noch nie zuvor. Ich bin absolut begeistert! Durch ava kenne ich meine fruchtbaren Tage und bin schwanger geworden. Absolute Empfehlung! Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Verarbeitung vom Band selbst. Mein erstes ist kurz vor dem ersten Jahr an der Ladestelle gebrochen, genauso wie das Ersatzband. Außerdem reisen die Bandhalterungen sehr schnell ab.

Such a fabulous tool for tracking your cycle and predicting ovulation! Would recommend to anyone trying to conceive :)
