I've been with AVATRON Mining for some time, and the service has consistently been top-notch. Recently, one of my miners wasn't showing up in the pool, but as always, the support team helped me resolve the issue quickly! Thanks for your responsiveness and efficient support.

3.5 months later, no miners, no refund. Out of pocket almost $33,000 USD. Being personally based in Tbilisi, I found Avatron mining online back in July 2024, meeting the director in person to discuss using their services. I decided to purchase mining rigs through Avatron, ordering them July 5th 2024 for a total cost of just under $33,000 USD. These miners were to arrive and be hosted with Avatron in Tbilisi, Georgia. I was supplied tracking numbers from Hong Kong to Tbilisi, but when the shipment arrived it ended held up in Customs and could not be cleared. I was told this was due to customs taking issue with the paperwork that had been submitted. Initially I allowed extra time to help Avatron resolve whatever issue they had with customs, but after receiving nothing but empty promises and no action, I ran out of patience and requested a full refund. Fast forward to today, 3.5 months after payment: UPS tracking now states that the shipment has been disposed of by local authorities. To date I have received nothing, no refund, zero. With no further contact from Avatron. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Stay away from this company! Unclear contract terms, hidden maintenance fees, and inconsistent billing raised red flags. Staff evaded questions about security. Downtime was frequent, and compensation nonexistent. My experience with AVATRON was a disaster.

Disappointing experience with AVATRON's hosting services. Staff was unresponsive, and frequent downtime cost me revenue. Advertised electricity costs didn't match my siblling. Lack of transparency and hidden fees added to my frustration. Not recommended

Purchasing an ASIC miner from AVATRON was a seamless experience. The team guided me through the entire process, from selecting the right hardware to setting it up. The prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is outstanding. I appreciate their transparency and dedication to helping customers succeed in the crypto-mining space. AVATRON is my go-to for mining hardware.

I have nothing else but admiration for the support. Fast and high quality response. The company goes above and beyond for their customers.
