The support is totally useless. Not only is the person (Riza) from support I had to deal with completely incompetent, after weeks of back and fort they then said that I had no warranty because I bought it from an unauthorized dealer (Bol.com) really????

WIsh I could do "No stars". This company is an absolute rip off. I have so far had 7 (YES! 7) replacement Repose Earbuds for sleeping as each pair is faulty within 3 months. Why do I continue to get replacements? Because they wont give me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

After being sent replacement headphones in Sept 24 they stopped working properly so I asked for a replacement. As these were a replacement the warranty had run out on the original purchase....absolutely rubbish company!

I left a negative review on their site, I bought a headset with a microphone but is unsuitable for voice calls as it disconnects after a few minutes of inactivity - no useful when someone calls you and you have to wait 20 - 30 seconds for it to boot up and connect before you can answer the call. This one star review is NOT because of the poor product, it is because the company REFUSED to publish the negative review on their website. They show reviews of products but only 4 and 5 start reviews, they IGNORE and REFUSE to publish anything under 4 starts - this is deceitful, lying and you should not trust them

Ordered from these due to delivery saying 3-5 working days expecting this to be true but they have gone way past this. Wouldn’t use these guys if they can’t keep up with basic customer service.

I bought an Avantree Roadtrip through Amazon. It’s utter rubbish! I used it to phone my daughter 12 miles away and she couldn’t hear half of what I said. I had to pull off the road to continue the discussion on my iPhone and disconnect the Roadtrip. For some reason Amazon won’t allow me to post this review and I can only assume they want good reviews. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I’m sending this thing back.

Terrible customer service. Waste of time creating a service ticket as they don’t respond in timely manner without you initiating contact again. They will not honour pre-purchase pricing and insinuate you were mistaken. Look elsewhere if service or support is important to you.

I just received the Opera Plus. Today August 19 at 5.20 pm I called the support phone number and had a Lady answering my call. First she never introduced herself or even say Good afternoon and 2 minutes into the call while I am asking a question she hung up on me. During the call I felt she had other things to do as I didn’t have her attention. I paid $165 and I get this substandard service. Prior to this call I called at 4.45 pm and I was asked by the automated recording to leave my name, phone number and email. Also after the insulting call at 5.28 pm left a voicemail with the same information and no one ever returned my call. Additionally if you have a soundbar and the TV's optical is used for another connection, all the other wires in the box do not connect the sound to Headphones I'll let you decide if this product is good for you!
