I'm very pleased that I decided to purchase the Core Plus Coverage when I bought my 2016 Elantra, I had an issue with my A/C not working in the summer, Russell contacted me, and told me to take my car back to the dealer I bought it from, I paid the deductible and Avantaguard covered the replacement of my A/C Compressor.

I recently had submitted a claim with Avantaguard and was surprised how quick and easy the whole process was. I had a blown head gasket and the cost of repairs was astronomical. Haniff was very friendly and explained everything step by step and explained the cost would have been in the thousands, but Avantaguard covered it. Very friendly service and very professional. Would recommend to family and friends.

My cars check engine line came on and after diagnostics, I had to make an engine claim and AvantaGuard handled it professionally. I'll be honest, I didnt know what to expect when making the claim but Russell stayed in touch throughout the process and made things simple. I did look at my options to have it repaired by a friend who's a mechanic vs making the claim, ended up filing through Avantaguard saved me way more.

The company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with ! Customer service has been top notch and have always helped taken care of my vehicle! Definitely my go to company when it comes to aftermarket warranty!

Terrible, don't buy this warranty. The won't honour it. What a waste of money.

Can I give a ZERO star to them, please kill this company because they don’t approve my claim and they are scammers fellow cutizens. Hear me out, I bought a car and a few months later made a claim. And declined. They are definitely ripping people off. I believe someone should organize all of the reviewers to sue this company and get our money back so we can fix everything at our convenience, not theirs. Duck them with a F in duck! especially Russell, you were damn bad, you belong to the prison

They claim I didn’t change oil correctly. Wrong I had oil change according to all Porsche notifications according to Porsche. They hung up on me and Porsche dealership. They were going to use this as excuse to not fix a motor mount. Basically to fix any. This platinum warranty for 2yrs is worthless. This is a small foreign business setup in connection with other foreign people selling used cars that are scamming people. With no refund if you cancel, They also would not provide names to upper management.
