I've been working with them since 2023 and i've seen a huge improvement in this software's performance over time. The new AI assistant makes changes and decision-making way easier. My ads are performing very well, and the customer service is actually really good.

I had a very bad experience with Autron. I started a trial, but the software never pulled my products. This issue lasted for several days. I contacted their support multiple times, and their only response was that “everything was working on their end.” No solution was provided, so I stopped trying to use the platform since it was not functional for me. I never used the service, never benefited from it, and I was never notified that my trial was ending or that I would be billed. Despite this, I was charged. I immediately contacted them to request a refund, explaining that the platform never worked during the trial period. They refused, stating that their terms do not allow refunds, even though the service was unusable and never actually used. In my opinion, billing a customer under these conditions and refusing any refund is not honest or fair. Because of this, I am now filing a chargeback with my credit card company. Warning to anyone considering this platform: be very careful. Based on my experience, their billing practices and customer support are problematic. I strongly recommend staying away and choosing a more transparent and customer-focused alternative. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend doing business with this company.
