AutoyunnReviews of autoyunn.com

I should have read the reviews before I order a simple ignition cover that I never received. I sent a request 10 times and they say they sent the item, but I never received it. I would not recommend this company AT ALL!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered the Head rest organizer and when I received it, I installed it and it snapped as soon as I put my bag on it. The bag was not heavy either. A complete piece of garbage made of low quality 3d printing plastic, not heavy duty like is advertized.

If I could give this company LESS THAN ONE STAR, I WOULD. I ordered a sticker on July 17th 2026. I received tracking info in Chinese or Asian ( I don’t want to offend anyone here ). It says the sticker arrived in US on August 02 2026. I emailed the company saying it was misleading on shipping times and they apologized without explanation. I asked for a refund and never heard back. Went to Better Business Bureau and the company doesn’t show up. Steer clear from this company. I got scammed. Don’t get scammed too. Time you get your product IF you get your product, you will be disappointed and probably a year older.

If you could give lower than one star, I would, false advertisement, bad customer service. My item was supposedly delivered after almost 2 months in route to their destination. My item never arrived at my home. After continually sending emails, I think it was an AI agent instead of customer service. Because I would get an immediate response. Stating that I had to ask neighbors or look around the yard, which I did multiple times, and I informed them multiple times of this issue, but the kept asking the same questions, never received my item never got a refund and it’s been three months.

I purchased 4 silicone door catch protectors for my Toyota. The advert shows very nice pictures of them fitted with nice etched logos? I received seperat stick on logos and 2 short? There is no double sided tape on them and they do not fit or stick to the car so are useless! The tracking system is pants and had to chase where they were? I have asked for refund but doubt that will come to fruition and I'll never buy online again! I paid £10+£4 delivery, I could have had fish and chips?

Stop scamming customer, I have been tracking my since I placed it on July 7 , I just check again link is expired so I can't track the order anymore.

After ordering 2 sets of the door buffers took a while for delivery even emailed just to find out how long but did not reply. Turned up and they are nothing like what I expected or even advertised on the many adverts all over Facebook, not a very pliable rubber as advertised and no 3m tape for adhesion just sticky pads top and bottom with you having to stick the emblem of your car on not already on as advertised. Very disappointed.

Ordered a dashboard phone holder specific for a Nissan. Saw the ad on Facebook. Ordered on 7/11 and received on 7/30 in pm. Next day, 7/31, tried the item on dash, visor, mirror, and even on steering wheel. Would not stay on anywhere I tried. I went to Autoyunn's website, followed instructions on how to request refund and where to return product. Autoyunn wanted pictures before they would provide address to return. I did so. Today, 8/4,. I was told no refund or exchange would be made as non quality issue and now considered used. I contacted my bank fraud division and told nothing they could do this end. What a rip off.
