Very unprofessional service. We had an inspection on a 2024 Nissan Sentra coming out of a lease agreement. The inspector came and noticed a small food stain on the driver's seat which came off easily with a wet cloth in less than 2 seconds. The inspector calculated this stain at a cost of $100 without warning us of this beforehand, which was very unnecessary. Also charged us $250 for hub/wheel covers without specifying what the damage is for.

The selling agent was very unfriendly, using sarcastic comments , not willing to show me around, very judgmental, was asking me if I can afford to buy a car. In one point the guy was intimidating, trying to touch my body and I had to leave the place. Please make sure to not go there alone, ladies.

Scam company, do not use. They will approach you as though they are interested in purchasing your vehicle and ask for you to use their company instead of CARFAX. Once you pay for it they ghost you.

SCAM BEWARE!! If you list your car for sale you will get people that SOUND SERIOUS but they ask you to go to this specific website and they now get your personal information and your money for the report!! It is a HUGE SCAM you can read all about it on Reddit if you don't believe me
