AutoProtect USAReviews of autoprotectusa.com

They sent us snail mail for contact. Called today, spoke to someone who claimed his name was Jake. I inquired as to whom they were affiliated with and he said," Good question, we are "Auto Protect USA". Then went on to say that they were providing the insurance through the dealerships, where you purchase your car. I resounded with. I will call my dealership and see if they are affiliated with you in anyway. Called my dealership they said it was a SCAM and do not purchase anything from this company. Company keeps sending me post cards for a vehicle I have never owned. I asked them to stop and was told I did own this car and I was a LIAR. Then Marcus said give me your credit card info so we can get done with this business, since he was tired of talking to me. I called him an A#$hole and hung up. This company is a scam.

They preyed on my elderly mother 2 weeks after my father died, called her and signed her up--$168 the first month, $133 every month after--to "protect" a brand new Toyota Rav 4 that was only 6 months old. A SCAM. When I called to get it cancelled (I have power of attorney), the rep told me they couldn't send me proof that I'd canceled the contract. Refused to provide a confirmation number, refused to send me an email. Had to cancel the credit card to stop them.

Worst coverage EVER!!!! I canceled them and they literally tried everyday for 10 days till they took their payment out plus they told me that it was supposed to be 93.00 a month then they charged me 108.00 that’s fifteen dollars more than the original price plus I had to pay 2,000.00 when my hub broke they said it wasn’t covered because it was not exactly a part that was covered it did specifically state “HUB” which was a twisted lie SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Total scumbags. Sending out postcards trying to imply that they are from the manufacturer. Trying to sell me coverage that I already have from the manufacturer. I will be filing a fraud complaint with the Consumer Protection Service.

Scam scam scam Turning into attorney general. They are leading people to believe that they are with the extended warranty that the car buyer already has. Class action lawsuit is needed.

Please cancel service and refund payment. This service is not needed. Please cancel thank you

Received multiple letters from this company with no return address or legitimate company title. I called and only after bulldozing me with why I "needed" to get an extended warranty did they tell me who the hell they were. Completly unprofessional and very scammy. This company is obviously looking through public records and fishing in the dark for people who don't know any better.
