I didn’t understand where my money was going then find out it was autopay after trying to tell them I wanted to change payment accounts. Poor service all around

This is a predatory marketing company identified by BBB as possible fraud. They send notifications to new vehicle owners carefully crafted to appear as though they are from the manufacturer with language and formatting designed to imitate a financial "final notice" letter to prompt urgent attention from unsuspecting recipients. How is this not illegal?

Spammed yet again from these folks after the owner swore to me at least twice he'd removed me from list because you never do business with predators like this. Look at the "positive" reviews here--hysterical! All by people with one or two reviews ever and almost all complimenting the "CSR" or the "rep." Do not be fools friends. Any company that spams fake TrustPilot reviews is going to scam YOU. There are reputable companies that do not spam, obscure their name, have a HUGE WARNING BANNER on BBB, and who never post fake reviews.

Scam stat away!!

Auto Protect USA sent us a "FINAL NOTICE" to renew car repair insurance "that may be expiring or may have expired" - impossible because we never had such insurance with anyone. Also attached is a fake "check" - that is not a check. The "CHECK AMOUNT" is $197.38, but it is not, legally a check. Scam. Fraud, Crooks. This Florida outfit is the subject of a BBB "Current Alert.:

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER PURCHASING AUTO PROTECT USA ….I am a normal working individual who needs my auto to make a living. I purchased a policy after the sales person convinced me that it would protect my vehicle. Sales made it sound so easy and that a claim would be resolved very quickly. They never return calls gave us excuse and run around. The adjuster I was working with quit so that delayed the process even longer and now after two months the claim was denied. Claiming it was pre existing conditions. Its all a scam.

Got two mailings. Both were identical except for the "Customer Number" and the phone number to call them. No return address or company name on either one. I called both numbers. Both gave the same line. Gave THIS company name, but the mailings that appear very much the same were sent by different companies. Yet, bot gave the name of THIS company - AutoProtect USA. If it was a legitimate company, they would have their company name on the mailings, and they would have a return address on the envelope or in the window. The customer numbers would also be the same on each mailing, as would the phone number to call. It's a scam!

This is the sorriest company I have ever seen should b put out of business tells nothing but lies an blames it on another company called auto guard will take your money an disappear I will b posting on other sites I belong to thankfully I have great legal services see u later crocks
